Villa Ioulia has 1 bedroom on the second floor with a private bathroom and beautiful sea views from the windows and a balcony. The master room has a queen size bed. The other bedroom is located on the pool level, has a private bathroom and a beautiful sea and a pool view. There is two single beds, which can be made into a double bed with an extra mattress. Guests can choose according to their preference. Also next to it, there is an extra room, which has no window, but is always cool and can accommodate a person if needed. There is a sofa bed with wardrobe furniture, as you can see in the photos. On the ground floor there is WC and a single space with kitchen, dining room and a living room with a comfortable sofa that can become a bed for one person.

Outside is an infinity pool with loungers and a pergola covered terrace with dinning and sitting area. The pool has a jacuzzi on the side. Around the pool there is the outdoor shower and beautiful garden with grass and plants.
